As a Board-Approved Supervisor by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors, I provide clinical supervision via online mediums for LPC Associates working towards their licensure hours. My supervision aligns with the best practice guidelines, ensuring that you become a highly competent and ethical practitioner.

What do supervision meetings look like?
LPC Associates are required to meet with an LPC-Supervisor for 4 hours per month. Supervision sessions are held over a secure online video format. These meetings will be a combination of individual or triadic supervision sessions and group supervision sessions. Engaging in supervision with fellow Associates helps enrich the learning process as cases from a variety of settings and over various issues are reviewed.

Online supervision offers significant benefits, including enhanced accessibility for supervisees in remote areas or those with busy schedules. It also allows for a wider range of supervisors and specializations to be chosen. Online supervision can improve communication, facilitate self-reflection, and promote professional development.
What types of topics are covered in supervision?
In our supervision sessions, we will explore a variety of important topics, including ethical and legal considerations, case consultations, and problem-solving strategies. I am here to help you with the licensure process and to further develop your professional identity as a counselor. Additionally, my experience as a counselor educator and as a professional allow me to offer you a comprehensive and enriching supervision experience.
What is the cost of supervision?
I charge a flat fee of $350 per month. This is a set rate which covers the 4 hours of supervision, routine phone consultations, and any emergency situations between sessions.
If supervisees require or request additional supervision sessions/consultations totaling more than 30 minutes in a given week, additional compensation may be required.
