What are your counseling rates?

  • 55 Minute Individual Session - $125

  • 55 Minute Couple/Family Session - $125

  • Additional or longer sessions and consultation services may be available upon request

  • Information regarding no-show and court appearance fees can be found in the client portal consent to services

What is your payment policy?

Payment is due at the time of service.
Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted forms of payment.

Do you accept insurance?

At this point we are an In Network Provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Please review your insurance plan to verify participation. For all other insurance plans, we are an out-of-network provider, which means that we are not directly on their insurance panels. However, depending on your insurance, you may be able to submit your receipts to your insurance company for out-of-network mental health benefits.

How do I book an initial session?

Click on the "Client Portal" link at the top of the page. This will take you to our interactive client portal. As a new client you will want to register an account. Once registered and after you have filled out our initial paperwork, you will be able to schedule your first appointment. Future appointments can be scheduled, cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, or rescheduled through the convenience of the client portal.

How do I prepare for my first session?

You will need to read and complete the online paperwork. This process is not difficult and can even be completed from a smartphone. Please be a thorough as possible as this will help provide a framework for our work together. The first session will include an intake in which we will review the therapeutically relevant information from your paperwork and establish some overarching goals of the therapy process.

How many sessions should I expect the counseling process to take?

Duration of therapy can vary greatly based upon the individual's goals and stated challenges. Some clients find that brief therapy in a few session is sufficient, while others remain in counseling for much longer to address deep rooted personal issues. Most clients will average between 5-8 sessions.

Do you offer online or phone session?

Yes, many clients prefer to attend session from the comfort of their own home or office. We are happy to provide these types of opportunities. The one thing we request is that you ensure that you have a quiet, private, and distraction free environment so you can get the most out of our time together. Also, if you plan to use insurance, be sure that your carrier allows for these types of sessions to be covered
